Four Organizations Are on the Recommended List of the National Military-Civilian Integration Technology Service Organization

Promote the development of military-civilian integration

Recently, the national military-civilian integration public service platform published the recommended list of national military-civilian integration technology service organizations in 2018. 50 organizations were selected on the list. Four organizations from Mianyang were on the list, including the National Dual-use Technology Trading Center, the Industrial Technology Research Institute of the China Science and Technology City (Mianyang), the Science and Technology Park of Southwest University of Science and Technology.

The national military-civilian integration public service platform serves as a bridge between the relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council, the military, the military industry and the private enterprises. It is also an important platform for meeting the supply and demand needs of the military industry and the private companies. The recommended list will help implement the strategy of military-civilian integration, and support the dual-use technology transfer by the technology service organization by making good use of the market mechanism. Dynamic management will be implemented on the recommended list. The management office of the national military-civilian integration public service platform will evaluate and assess the results and outcomes made by the organizations on the list and the new applicants. The top 50 organizations will be on the recommended list. A number of organizations have actively developed technology services related to military-civilian integration since the recommended list was launched in March 2017. The military-civilian integration technology service organization recommended list have five business categories, including the supply and demand matching, business incubation, technology assessment, management consulting, and technology investment and financing, which are published in the ”°Technology Service Organization”± column of the national civil-military integration public service platform.
